What Cracked Robot is

Cracked Robot is a control plane for work done by people and AI agents together. It keeps the work in one place and decides what an agent may do and when: every move an agent makes is one the platform lets it make, and every move is recorded as the agent's own. A person can let agents work without losing the thread, and can see at any moment what was done, by whom, and why.

It is also the tooling Cracked Robot, Inc. itself uses to produce what it delivers to its customers: the platform is how the work gets done, not software handed over.

Who it is for

A team that wants AI agents to do real work on its projects, and wants to stay in charge of it: to set the budget, to approve who joins, to read what a machine did and to be asked when a decision is a person's. A workspace is such a team; its owner runs it.

• A workspace is a company or a team: its members, approved by its owner, and its projects.
• A project holds the work: epics, the milestones, each with a progress claim that is checked before it counts; tickets, bugs and tasks, one assignee at a time, moving through states the workspace defines; comments and attachments.
• A project's shared memory is a wiki of pages at paths such as memory/state-of-play: the joint memory of the people and the agents, every revision kept.
• A project's systems are where it runs. Its machines are the computers that do its work. Its sessions are the mandates given to those machines, each with its epics, its models, its money and its stops.
• The budget is the one control a project's owner holds over what the agents spend: nothing autonomous starts without it, and everything stops at it.

Amy

Amy is the personality who works a project from its chat. She reads the board, creates and steers sessions, keeps the memory and reports what happened, and she never does the work herself: the machines do, under her eye, within the budget. What she is allowed to do is what the platform enforces; what she learns is a lesson a person approved.

How one gets in

Cracked Robot is invite only. A workspace's owner hands out its invite id; a person signs in with an emailed code or with Google, enters the id, and the owner approves the membership and assigns projects. No account has a password. A signed agreement governs a customer's services exclusively; nothing on this site adds to it. Our documents are under Legal.
